I've had all I can take of the Rollercoaster effect with this company, im done and reporting them. I had to re-edit my review so much from the inconsistencies I finally pulled the original down & will leave this final one. I tried sticking it out with the for almost a year as a very loyal and consistent customer who made many large purchases as a person who suffers from severe chronic pain. Main issues: The quality of their product does not stay consistent, there are many times when they short orders, the orders do not show up on time despite paying top dollar for it, customer service is absolute garbage, these people lie, they run their mouths to you when they do get in contact with you, they try to play like they're losing out on a ton of business and are stretched thin, which is the biggest lie of all; they're doing very well despite being garbage businessmen, they stopped taking credit cards & tried to cattle corral everyone into shady third party apps like zelle/cash app, they have a clearly posted discount program on their OO website they screwed me out of being able to actually utilize the points in the discounts for quite a long time. When I called them out on it again, they acted like they were going to resolve it, then just blew me off claiming to be busy. Due to the large purchases I made often, I should have had way more points/discounts than what I did. When I did try to use the discounts, the system screwed me out of doing so, when I reached out for customer service help on it, I was never given any. This last time I ordered 25 ct of 40 mg tabs & 25 ct of 22 mg tabs. I paid $55 for next daily delivery, didn't get it until 2 business days later. When I did get it, I received one package of 40mg tabs marked 36 CT. I figured they may have had another shortage, but it doesn't matter. They didn't contact me about any shortage, &just did whatever they wanted which is illegal, they sure didn't make up for what I ordered and the fact that I paid top dollar for next business day delivery. Once again when I reached out,I got nothing but lies & lip from them along with their attempts to dodge out of doing what was right. It they're gonna lose out on their business altogether. People are slowly starting to pick up on their bs, I see it more and more in reviews here and elsewhere. This is supposed to be medicine, and it's garbage businessmen like these guys that ruin the actual medicinal experience for people like me who really need it for life.
