Please be advised that for sales not at the seller’s usual place of business, the federal “Cooling-Off” rule may apply. This rule gives customers the right to cancel a sale made at their home, workplace, or dorm that was under $25 or cancel a sale made at a seller’s temporary location, like a fairground, motel, or convention center that was under $130. An attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction will be able to assist.

Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned in order to begin the refund process.

In case of approved return, Operator will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the additional cost of the shipping to Customer.

Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.

Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.

Customers must contact Operator prior to the start of the refund and return process. Customers will be provided with a return number before they may begin the return.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment (domestic).

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days after shipment (domestic) — additional fees apply.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, package weight, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping may be applied for orders above a specified amount as advertised.

4. Shipment Transfer & Change of Address

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct.

  • If you request a change of address after your order has shipped, we may be unable to accommodate the change; additional fees may apply.

  • Once the package is marked “shipped” and accepted by the carrier, we have fulfilled our obligation to dispatch the order.

5. Risk of Loss & Damage

  • Once the package leaves our facility, the risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier and the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier, customs-related delays, incorrect address information, or weather disru­ptions.

  • If your shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. We will assist in providing documentation, but we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages once the carrier has accepted them for delivery.
